The Time Has Come For The Vigan City Festival Celebration,Celebrated During The Feast Day Of The Conversion Of St. Paul,The Apostle,This Year Has The Pandemic,And The Fiesta Was At Stake But It Wouldn't Stop The Festival's Essence To Occur In Any Way

As For Now Im Not Sure If The Event Is Fully Cancelled Or Postponed To A Later Date But I Have High Hopes On Seeing It This Year,I Think The Residents Would Aswell,The Dancing And Overall Events Would Fill The Air With Joy Once More,But Its More Than Not Likely To Not Happen At All

For This Year,We'll Just See If We'll Celebrate This Or Any Other Fiesta/Festivals At This case,Its Just A Matter Of Time Til We Get To Experience The Joy Of These Festivals Once More.
